Faremantra Terms and Conditions

Passenger Information:

All traveller names on the booking form must be entered exactly as they appear on their government-issued passport/travel document to be used for this travel. Any incorrect information or mismatch of names will result in denial of boarding at the airport. Faremantra is not responsible for verifying travellers information provided on reservation form.

Changes to reservation:

For Name Change, Date Change, Rebooking AND/OR Re-issuance of ticket, there will be an administrative fee of $50 per ticket from Faremantra and a difference of fare-class from airline will apply. All issued tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. There is no refund on partially utilized tickets.

Passport & Visa Requirements:

All international travellers require a government-issued valid travel document/passport valid for minimum 6 months or more after your date of return. *please check specific information on validity period of passport on consulate/embassy website of the country/s you intent to visit.

It is the responsibility of individual travellers to obtain Visa, Transit Visa or any other entry documents as required for the country of your visit.

Faremantra is not responsible for any denial of boarding or entry to a country due non compliance of Passport or Visa requirements.

Flight Schedule and changes:

Faremantra recommends that you reconfirm your flights at least 72 hours before departure and be present at airline check-in counter at least 3 hours (international) and 2 hours (domestic) before the flight departure time. Travel agent is not responsible for any schedule change or cancellation of flights by the airline.

Once tickets are issued, it's a contract between traveller and the airline/supplier for the product and services paid for. Faremantra will not assume any responsibility for matters beyond our control like overbooking, delays, missed connections and any changes made by the airline.

Baggage allowance:

Please check specific baggage allowance for your travel on the issued ticket or the airline website directly. Baggage policy and allowance differ between airline to airline and it is your responsibility to verify the baggage policy before departure.

Travel and Health Insurance:

Faremantra highly recommends that you purchase appropriate travel/health insurance before start of your travel. We offer travel insurance through Manulife and you can book same at the link provided on our website. If you have declined to buy travel insurance from us, it is your responsibility to ensure you are adequately covered for any medical and travel emergency if may arise during your travel.
